PAYMENT & PICKUP PROCEDURE
Unless otherwise specified in the individual auction listing, full payment must be received within three (3) calendar days of the auction’s closing date.
For example, if an auction closes on a Tuesday, payment must be received no later than the close of business on Friday.
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that payment is initiated and processed sufficiently in advance to meet the established deadline. Payment is considered complete only upon receipt and confirmation of cleared funds, unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable transaction terms.
Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in additional charges, delays, or other consequences in accordance with AH Auto’s applicable terms and conditions.
Accepted Payment Methods
Transactions of $10,000 or More
For vehicles sold at a final purchase price of $10,000 or higher, payment must be submitted through the following method:
Bank Wire Transfer: Direct bank-to-bank wire transfer of the full purchase amount to the designated bank account. Buyers are responsible for initiating the transfer in sufficient time to ensure that cleared funds are received within the applicable payment deadline.
Transactions Below $10,000
For vehicles sold at a final purchase price of less than $10,000, AH Auto accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Wire Transfer: Direct bank-to-bank wire transfer of the full purchase amount to the designated bank account.
Bank Check or Cashier’s Check: Payment by a bank-issued check or cashier’s check, subject to verification and confirmation of cleared funds before vehicle release.
Transactions Below $1,500
For vehicles sold at a final purchase price of less than $1,500, AH Auto accepts the following payment methods:
ACH Bank Transfer: Electronic funds transfer directly from the buyer’s bank account to AH Auto’s designated account.
Bank Wire Transfer: Direct bank-to-bank wire transfer of the full purchase amount.
Bank Check or Cashier’s Check: Bank-issued payment, subject to verification and confirmation of cleared funds.
PayPal: Secure electronic payment through the buyer’s PayPal account, subject to applicable transaction requirements.
Credit Cards via PayPal: Eligible credit card payments processed securely through PayPal, subject to applicable processing limits and fees.
Cash Payment Policy
AH Auto does not accept cash payments under any circumstances, regardless of the transaction amount.
All purchases must be completed using one of the approved payment methods outlined in this policy. This requirement ensures consistent payment verification, transaction security, and compliance with AH Auto’s established payment procedures.
Non-Payment & Transaction Cancellation
Full payment must be received within three (3) calendar days following the close of the sale, unless otherwise specified in the individual auction listing or agreed to in writing by AH Auto.
Failure to satisfy the payment deadline may result in transaction cancellation and withdrawal of the vehicle or item from the buyer’s purchase, making it available for resale or other disposition at AH Auto’s discretion.
AH Auto reserves the right to cancel the transaction, pursue any remedies available under the applicable auction terms and conditions, and submit a Non-Paying Bidder report or alert, where permitted and applicable.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring timely payment and compliance with all applicable purchase obligations and transaction requirements.
Vehicle Removal & Storage
All purchased vehicles must be picked up, shipped, or otherwise removed from our facility within ten (10) calendar days following the close of the sale, unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in writing by AH Auto in advance.
Vehicles remaining at our facility beyond the ten-day removal period will be subject to a storage fee of $20.00 per calendar day, beginning on the eleventh (11th) day following the close of the sale.
If accumulated storage charges equal or exceed the original purchase price of the vehicle, or if the vehicle remains uncollected for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of sale, whichever occurs first, AH Auto reserves the right to declare the transaction forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, the buyer will forfeit the vehicle and all payments previously made toward the purchase, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Following forfeiture, AH Auto may relist, resell, or otherwise dispose of the vehicle immediately and without further notice to the buyer.
For any vehicle on which storage charges have accrued, all outstanding storage fees must be paid in full through an approved electronic payment method before the vehicle will be released for pickup or shipment.
Buyers are solely responsible for arranging timely transportation or removal of purchased vehicles and for ensuring compliance with all applicable removal and storage requirements.
ID Verification
For purchases with a total transaction value of $15,000 or more, the buyer may be required to provide a valid government-issued identification document prior to completion of the transaction.
This verification process is intended to help CH Auto Sales verify the identity of the purchaser, maintain accurate transaction records, and support appropriate security and compliance procedures for higher-value transactions.
Buyers are encouraged to complete any required identity verification before committing to a purchase that may meet or exceed the $15,000 threshold.
Failure to provide requested identification or complete the required verification process may result in delays in completing the transaction, withholding of vehicle release, or cancellation of the transaction, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
Buyer Responsibility
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to review and understand all applicable auction terms, payment requirements, vehicle removal procedures, storage policies, and any additional conditions governing the transaction.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that they fully understand and are able to comply with all applicable payment, pickup, transportation, removal, and storage requirements before committing to a purchase.

AH Auto reserves the right to enforce its stated payment, removal, and storage policies in accordance with the applicable auction terms and conditions.
