30-Day & 500-Mile Warranty Policy
AH Auto is committed to providing buyers with a transparent and professional vehicle purchasing experience. To provide additional peace of mind, eligible vehicle purchases may include a 30-day/500-mile coverage period and a six-month limited warranty, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
How the Policy Works
30-Day / 500-Mile Coverage Period
Following delivery of the vehicle, the buyer has 30 calendar days or 500 miles, whichever occurs first, to evaluate the vehicle and identify any qualifying issues covered under the applicable warranty terms.
Six-Month Limited Warranty
AH Auto provides a six (6)-month limited warranty on qualifying vehicle purchases. Warranty coverage is subject to the specific coverage terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, and claim requirements applicable to the vehicle.
Warranty Claims
Any potential warranty issue must be reported to AH Auto promptly and in accordance with the applicable claims procedure. Buyers may be required to provide documentation, photographs, diagnostic information, repair estimates, or other supporting information.
Return & Buyback Provisions
Where a return or buyback option applies, the buyer must comply with all applicable eligibility requirements, notification deadlines, vehicle-condition requirements, fees, and return procedures. Any approved buyback will be processed in accordance with the applicable transaction terms.
Insurance Coverage
Any insurance provided in connection with the transportation or delivery of a vehicle is separate from the vehicle warranty. Insurance coverage is governed exclusively by the applicable insurance policy, coverage limits, exclusions, deductibles, conditions, and claims procedures.
Insurance coverage does not create, extend, or modify the vehicle warranty and does not guarantee coverage for mechanical failure, defects, maintenance-related issues, or other matters excluded under the applicable insurance policy.
Important
The 30-day/500-mile coverage period does not automatically extend, replace, or reduce the six-month warranty period. Warranty coverage, return rights, and buyback provisions are governed by the specific terms and conditions applicable to each vehicle and transaction. Buyers should carefully review all applicable warranty and purchase documentation before completing the transaction.
Return Guidelines
To maintain the integrity of our return program and ensure consistent standards for all buyers, a vehicle must remain in its original condition and satisfy all applicable return requirements. Returns may not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Modification or Alteration
The vehicle has been modified, altered, customized, or otherwise changed from its condition at the time of purchase.
Damage or Accident Involvement
The vehicle has sustained damage or has been involved in an accident after delivery or during the applicable return period.
Change in Original Condition
The vehicle shows evidence of alterations, repairs, modifications, excessive use, or other changes that materially affect its original condition.
Encumbrances or Liens
The vehicle has been pledged as collateral, subjected to a lien, or otherwise encumbered by the buyer or another party.
Approved Returns
If a return is approved and the applicable return terms provide for delivery or transportation at no cost to the buyer, AH Auto will coordinate the applicable arrangements in accordance with the return policy.
Approved refunds will be processed promptly following completion and verification of the return. Please allow one (1) to three (3) business days for refunded funds to appear in your account, depending on the financial institution and payment method.
All returns remain subject to the applicable eligibility requirements, inspection, terms, conditions, and limitations of the return policy.
